1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Element Air Duct Cleaning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all interactions with our company, including service agreements, appointments, and payments.
2. Service Agreement
Services are performed on the scheduled date agreed upon at booking. All pricing is transparent and flat-rate, and includes inspection, cleaning, and optional antimicrobial treatment as specified in your quote. Any additional services requested on-site are subject to separate quotes.
3. Customer Obligations
Customers must provide accurate property information, ensure safe access to the service location, ensure accessibility to HVAC components, and disclose any known mold, asbestos, or hazardous material concerns prior to service. Any damage to property or additional fees due to undisclosed hazardous materials or unauthorized system modifications will be charged separately.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon service completion unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payment fees may apply after 30 days.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours before scheduled service incur no charge. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee. Emergency service calls require immediate payment and cannot be cancelled once the technician is dispatched.
6. Limitation of Liability
Element Air Duct Cleaning's liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service. We are not responsible for damage to property that results from normal cleaning operations or pre-existing HVAC system conditions.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation in Florida state courts. Both parties agree to work in good faith to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
8. Terms Updates
These terms may be updated periodically. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
